Joining our dance family couldn't be easier! We've made the process simple, so you can focus on watching your child grow in confidence, creativity, and ability.

STEP ONE

Book Your FREE Trial Class

We believe the best way to experience our studio is by trying a class first.


Simply complete our Free Trial Registration Form. Once we've received your request, we'll confirm your trial and send you all the information you'll need before your first visit.


Our trial classes are the perfect opportunity for your child to meet our teachers, experience the class, make new friends, and see if it's the right fit—all with no obligation to join.


If your child enjoys their trial, you can then complete our online registration form to become a member of the studio.

STEP TWO

Find the Right Class

Our classes are organised by age to ensure every student learns alongside children at a similar stage of development.

Minis

Our youngest dancers begin their journey by developing coordination, confidence, creativity and a love of movement in a fun, supportive environment.

Juniors

As students grow, our Junior classes focus on building technique, musicality and performance skills while encouraging teamwork and confidence.

Intermediates

These classes help dancers continue to develop their technical ability, flexibility and performance quality through more challenging choreography and training.

Seniors

Our Senior classes are designed for older students who are ready to refine their technique, develop their artistry and continue progressing in their dance and performance journey.

If you're unsure which class is most suitable, our team will be happy to recommend the best option based on your child's age and experience.

STEP THREE

Secure Your Place

Once you've completed your registration form and your child's place has been confirmed, we'll send you an invitation to set up your monthly Direct Debit through GoCardless.

This invitation is sent securely via our membership system and only needs to be completed once. Once your Direct Debit has been activated, your monthly payments will be collected automatically, making managing your child's membership simple and hassle-free.

You'll receive advance notification before each payment is taken, and there's nothing further you need to do unless your payment details change.

STEP FOUR

Membership & Monthly Payments

Our classes run across the academic year, with approximately 39 teaching weeks.

Rather than charging different amounts each month depending on the number of lessons, we spread the total annual tuition fee equally over 12 monthly payments. This means your monthly fee remains the same throughout the year, making budgeting easier for families.


For example, your monthly payment is calculated by:

  • Taking the weekly cost of your class.
  • Multiplying it by the 39 teaching weeks in the academic year.
  • Dividing the total into 12 equal monthly payments.

This means you'll pay the same amount each month, including during school holidays when no classes are running.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your child's membership, we ask that you notify us in writing before your next payment date.

Please note:

  • Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been collected.
  • Missed classes due to illness, holidays or personal commitments are not eligible for refunds or credits.
  • Cancelling your Direct Debit without notifying the studio does not cancel your membership.
  • If the studio needs to cancel a class, we'll always do our best to arrange a suitable catch-up session or alternative where possible.
