Singing Coach 

Ami began dancing in Chesterfield at the age of three, growing up to perform in many shows, and successfully competing nationally. At eighteen she moved to London to attend the prestigious ‘Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts’ where Ami trained in Musical theatre.

Ami made her professional debut as part of Raymond Gubbay’s “Classical Spectacular” at the Royal Albert Hall as part of the ensemble dancers. She then went on to dance and sing on board cruise ships and also touring both nationally and internationally with many companies.

In 2015 Ami moved to South East Asia, where she performed in many festivals, shows and events for The Prime Minister and Malaysian royalty. Ami now performs as part of the vintage trio ‘The Bluebirds’.

The trio are TVs Jane McDonald’s backing singers and dancers and perform alongside Jane in her TV shows and national theatre and arena tours. Ami is thrilled to be a part of Ikonix academy as Head of Musical Theatre.
